a GPL version of the proprietary "tipjar vault," this project abstracts money into a user's "in-store credit" which can be used to order
products to be shipped.  Relies on the AIS authentication module for user id. A clear API for adding means of adding in-store credit will be provided.

Initially, tipjar will be supported as the reference means, adding paypal and
anything else that someone has written a CPAN module for interfacing with
